Good Afternoon Delegates and Alternates! Welcome to the new delegate and alternate blog site. I hope that you will use this tool to keep in communication with Council and each other on matters of governance. Please notice on the right hand side of the page our blog's guiding principles.

ReplyDeleteLooking for ideas for the Delegates to discuss at the Delegate meeting which Council agreed would be scheduled to occur a couple of hours before the Annual Council meeting next month.
ReplyDeleteCurrent ideas:
1.Process for nominating and voting on Service Unit Delegates and advising Council of the individual(s) elected.
2. Time frame for posting Draft Meeting Minutes following Annual Council meeting for Delegate review.
3. Possibility of/interest in recommending disclosure of agenda for Annual meeting at least 60 days before the meeting and giving Delegates 15 days to add items to the agenda so that when the agenda is issued, all attendees will have at least 45 days to consider and be prepared to discuss the agenda items.
I have tried to comment as "OpenID" and Name/URL but neither worked. I know Council said we have to identify who we are when we post but it doesn't work. This is Noreen VanDoren SU 192 norvandoren@yahoo.com
